One of our best experiences ever with a contractor.

We replaced 18 wood casement style windows in an 1915 Irvington era home with Milgard fiberglass casement windows. He made numerous suggestions that resulted in a better solution to our needs and at a lower price. I will note that his ultimate bid was 60% of that of another highly rated company. As a result of his work, he did a large job just next door and they were as pleased as we were. Keith Strand was a pleasure to deal with. Informative, thoughtful, punctual, professional, he kept us informed as the order progressed. The installation was challenging as some windows were on a third story. He and his co-worker were meticulous and they left the work area spotless each day. The work was completed exactly as planned. We have had the windows now a year and remain fully satisfied.
